Terms for private tours and transfers arranged through the Royal Crown office.
Enquiries and confirmation
Preparing a message or opening WhatsApp is an enquiry. It does not reserve a vehicle, send a message automatically or confirm a trip. The office confirms availability, itinerary, price and arrangements directly.
Prices and inclusions
Desert safari: AED900 total per private Land Cruiser. Dubai city tour: AED700 total per private car. Abu Dhabi city tour: AED900 total per private car. These are not per-person prices. Transfer prices are quoted by the office.
Refer to each package for inclusions and exclusions. Attraction tickets are excluded from city tours. Quad bike/ATV is an optional extra on safari. Royal Crown provides the safari for a maximum of 6 passengers per Land Cruiser and confirms schedules and activities for your date.
Vehicles and imagery
Model availability, passenger capacity and luggage capacity require office confirmation. Photos are illustrative and do not document the actual vehicles or operator locations.
Cancellations and changes
Please notify the Royal Crown office of any cancellation at least 24 hours before your confirmed pickup time, using Dubai local time (UTC+4). Contact us through office WhatsApp or email and include your name, service and scheduled pickup date and time.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, or cannot attend, contact the office as soon as possible. Requests to change the date, time or service are subject to availability and office confirmation.
Payment and refunds
Payment is collected after the service has been provided; no advance payment is required. As there is no prepaid service amount, a cancellation normally does not involve a refund.
If you have a concern about the service delivered, an incorrect charge or a duplicate payment, contact the office so we can review it and arrange any appropriate correction. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
